How to Make a Snowman Garland

What you need:

  • Felt (Choose colors for your snowmen)
  • Scissors
  • Embroidery Floss or Ribbon and Needle
  • Pins (Optional)
  • Pen and Paper
  • Stickers (Optional)
Step 1:

Draw a snowman on a sheet of paper and cut it out. Pin your paper snowman to a piece of felt to keep it in place. Cut your snowman out. It should something like this:

Step 2:

Continue to repeat Step 1 to make as many snowmen as you need to match the length of your garland. I cut out 6.

Step 3:

Punch a whole in the top of the snowman. You can use a hole puncher or your pin/pen to pulse a hole.

Step 4:

Once you have punched holes in each of your snowmen, thread your needle with either embroidery floss like I used or a nice ribbon. Run the needle through each hole and hooray you have a beautiful snowman garland!

Optional:

I had some scrapbook gold stickers and spelled NOEL on four of the snowmen. You can add features such as buttons or a carrot for a nose! Whatever makes you happy!
